Norwex Envirocloth
The Norwex Envirocloth is a cleaning essential. This dense microfiber cloth kills 99% of bacteria with just the cloth and water (no toxic chemicals being sprayed all over your countertop!). And it lasts forever! Just wash every few days-weeks depending on how much you use. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener on them.
Doterra Holiday Peace
I love the smells of Christmas but traditional candles use synthetic fragrance, which is a big no in my book (more on that later). Diffuse this instead to make your house smell great. Don’t be fooled by the tiny bottle, it has 30 drops in it and you only need to diffuse about 5-10 at a time. You can buy an inexpensive diffuser on amazon or even just simmer in a small pot of water on the stove (not unattended, of course).
Unbleached Parchment Paper.
This is an easy swap for aluminum foil, which I avoid using when cooking or baking at high temperatures. I bought these pre-cut sheets on amazon but you can also buy a roll at any grocery store. Be sure to go for the unbleached kind.
Norwex Laundry Detergent
I was a true believer in this detergent when it took the awful stench out of my husbands running clothes. It has clean ingredients and is tough on stains and smells! Plus, you can dilute some in water to make an upholstery cleaner (see reel on my instagram!). It comes in liquid and powder and works with he appliances.
Unreal Chocolate
This brand of chocolate tastes good and not only do they use plant-based food coloring instead of artificial dyes, their ingredients are pretty clean for bagged candy. They also have a variety of options that accommodate different dietary restrictions. If you received the dark chocolate covered peanuts for instance, they do not contain dairy. This is a great option if you are a peanut m&m lover like me.
Supernatural Christmas Sprinkles
Traditional sprinkles are made with artificial flavors and colors. When baking for the holidays, opt for a cleaner choice like these to avoid overload of synthetic substances. You can also find them at Whole Foods and even some Publix stores.
BeautyCounter Charcoal Mask
Need a little self-care time? Don’t use a mask with chemicals and substances that will disrupt your body’s endocrine process.
